ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions appearing hereafter comprise the entire agreement between the Members (job seekers and employers) and Jobsnoopers.

By completing the registration process, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Jobsnoopers as hereinafter appearing

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

At Jobsnoopers, we take your privacy seriously. All data collected from the registered or non-registered users is only for fulfilling requests for products or services requirements.

We do not disclose information about your company, corporate or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, personal references, etc., to outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it. But, we may record and share aggregated information with our partners.

Please keep in mind that when you apply for the project advertised on Jobsnoopers, your resume data and any other information that you disclosed during your application will be made available to the companies you are applying to.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Jobsnoopers uses other third parties to provide credit card payment gateway service for optional services. When you sign up for such services or by using our website, they may collect some information (e.g., credit card numbers, name) as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

MEMBERS OBLIGATIONS

Members shall:

  • be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the service by him;
  • be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the service by him;
  • be solely responsible for the accuracy of the Registration Data given to the Jobsnoopers on the initial application for the service;
  • be solely responsible for the maintenance of confidentiality of and the Member’s password and login ID and all activities and transmission performed by the Member through his user ID;
  • be solely responsible for all the agreements between the employees and the hirers. Jobsnoopers does not charge any fee or take any commission for finding and applying for jobs. Job seekers are advised not to pay any upfront payment or any registration fee for the purpose of applying for jobs.

Members shall not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose including without limitation criminal purposes;
  • use the Service to send or receive any message which is offensive on moral, religious, racial or political grounds or of an abusive, indecent, obscene, defamatory or menacing nature.
  • send, post and advertise messages on Jobsnoopers that are not related freelance, part-time projects such as property housing, service advertisements, female escort, etc. OR spamming the system by duplicating job posts through different job categories;
  • introduce, post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, worm or other harmful components into the internet or Jobsnoopers network system;
  • infringe any intellectual property rights of any person or retain information in any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so;
  • violate, or attempt to violate the security of Jobsnoopers and/or any web sites linked to Jobsnoopers or gain unauthorized access to any computer system connected to the internet or any information regarded as private by other Members or persons, including but without limitation to accessing data and information not intended for them or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
  • do anything or cause anything to be done which may be in breach of the Internet Code of Practice, any regulations, guidelines, instructions, etc in whatsoever form that may cause issue from time to time relating to the Service or otherwise.
SUBSCRIPTIONS FEES (Applicable for Employers Only)
  • This clause shall not be applicable to the individual job seeker who accesses or makes postings of information and data at Jobsnoopers for the purpose of seeking freelance or part-time project. The services shall be provided free of charge for these individual job seeker.
  • The Corporate/Company Member shall pay and maintain such deposits with the Jobsnoopers as the Jobsnoopers may require and shall increase such amount of such deposits from time to time when so required by the Jobsnoopers
  • Liability for the Subscription Fees shall accrue from the Commencement Date.
  • Where Subscription Fees are payable, it shall be payable at or within such time as is stated in the invoice(s) issued by the Jobsnoopers to the Members.
MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE

Jobsnoopers may at any time deactivate or suspend the Member’s access to Jobsnoopers and/or the Services (as the case may be) without notice to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing, repairs and other related work. Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Jobsnoopers shall not be liable for any loss and damage, costs and expense that the Member may suffer or incur, and no fees or charges payable by the Member to the Jobsnoopers shall be deducted, refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or suspension.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

All payments and unused credits made are not refundable.

CHANGES OF THIS STATEMENT
  • The Jobsnoopers reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Guide at any time upon notice to the Member. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Jobsnoopers. Your continued use of this Service after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
  • If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
